Calculate frame size

Start by measuring your existing spectacles

Place your frame face down on a ruler. Measure from outer rim to outer rim horizontally (w)

Measure from the outer edge top to bottom rim (h)

Compare the dimensions of your existing frame (w x h in mm) with the sizes of your preferred safety frame given in the drop down box on the order form.

i.e.

You don't have to match these dimensions exactly. They'll just give you an idea how the frame will look in proportion to your face and your existing glasses.

Measure your temple width...

	Standing in front of a mirror with a ruler held against your brow measure temple to temple or ask someone else to measure it for you.
	Select a frame size who's width is no less than than this size or up to 20mm greater
